Itinerary – Bolivia & Peru Essentials (11 Days / 10 Nights)

Day 1: Arrival in La Paz

Upon your arrival in the city of La Paz, our team will welcome you at the airport and transfer you comfortably to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day free to rest or begin exploring this fascinating Andean city on your own.

Day 2: City Tour + Moon Valley

After breakfast, we will begin a complete city tour.

We will visit a traditional indigenous market and the famous Witches’ Market, followed by the historic Church of San Francisco. We will continue to Plaza Murillo, the political center of the country.

We will explore the picturesque Jaén Street, known for its museums and colonial architecture, and then head to residential areas such as Obrajes, Calacoto, and La Florida.

We will finish at the impressive Moon Valley, a unique natural landscape shaped by erosion, creating rock formations similar to the lunar surface.

Day 3: Tiwanaku Full Day

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to one of the most important archaeological sites in South America.

In Tiwanaku, you will discover impressive structures such as the Semi-Subterranean Temple, Kalasasaya, and the iconic Sun Gate, a cultural symbol of Bolivia. We will also visit its museum to better understand this ancient pre-Inca civilization.

Day 4: La Paz / Puno (Lake Titicaca)

Departure towards the majestic Lake Titicaca.

We will sail by catamaran to the legendary Sun Island, where we will visit the Inca Fountain, ancient stairways, and the Inti Wata Cultural Complex.

You will enjoy unique cultural experiences such as navigating on a traditional reed boat and panoramic views of Pilkokaina Palace. After a buffet lunch on board, we will continue to Copacabana and then by road to Puno.

Day 5: Uros + Taquile

Breakfast and transfer to the port.

We will visit the famous Uros Islands, built with reeds by local communities. Then we will continue to Taquile Island, where you will learn about its traditions, social organization, and textiles declared Cultural Heritage.

Typical lunch and return to Puno in the afternoon.

Day 6: Puno / Cusco (Sun Route)

Tourist bus journey with a guide crossing the Andes.

Along the route we will visit:

• Pucará
• La Raya
• Raqchi
• Andahuaylillas

Includes lunch en route. Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Day 7: Cusco City Tour

Free morning for acclimatization.

In the afternoon, we will begin the tour visiting:

• Plaza de Armas
• Cathedral
• Qorikancha
• Sacsayhuamán
• Qenqo
• Puka Pukara
• Tambomachay

Ends in the historic center.

Day 8: Sacred Valley of the Incas

Full-day excursion through the Sacred Valley.

We will visit Pisac, known for its artisan market, then Urubamba for lunch, and finally Ollantaytambo and Chinchero.

A day full of living culture, history, and Andean landscapes.

Day 9: Machu Picchu

Train journey to Aguas Calientes through spectacular landscapes.

Bus ascent to the citadel and guided tour of its main sectors. Free time to explore and connect with the energy of this unique place in the world.

Day 10: Machu Picchu / Cusco

Free morning with the option to make a second visit to Machu Picchu or optional hikes such as Huayna Picchu or Inti Punku.

In the afternoon, return by train to Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Day 11: Final Transfer

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for your international flight.
