This is a 2-day, 1-night tour package through the Southern Coast (Sur Chico) (Paracas, Ica, and Chincha) with departure and return to Lima. It combines the coastal natural landscape with a full visit to the beaches of the Paracas National Reserve, marine biodiversity at the Ballestas Islands, a gastronomic and wine experience with wine, pisco, and traditional sweets tastings at the Huacachina Oasis, and a touch of Afro-Peruvian folklore in Chincha. Departure points in Lima:
- 04:10 AM: In front of Los Olivos Municipality.
- 04:20 AM: Plaza Norte.
- 04:50 AM: Av. Aviación 2410 - 2420 (Intersection of Javier Prado and Aviación avenues).
- 05:20 AM: Larcomar, in front of the Marriott Miraflores hotel.
- Hotel pickup in Miraflores: Pick-up time confirmed upon prior coordination.
- 06:00 AM: Mall del Sur – Próceres bridge.
- Departure: Bound for the Paracas Resort in tourist transport from the chosen meeting point (approx. 4-hour journey).
- 09:30 AM: Arrival at Paracas Resort and transfer to the selected hotel.
- 11:00 AM: Tour to the PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE with SERNANP registration/check-in.
- Visit to the former "La Catedral" (rock formation carved by wind and sea over thousands of years).
- Tour to Yumaque Beach (nesting center for 250 species of migratory and resident birds).
- Visit to Red Beach (Playa Roja, one of the few in South America with this color, formed by an iron seam that turns reddish when oxidized).
- Visit to Raspón Beach (crystal-clear waters, excellent for diving and rich in marine life).
- Visit to La Mina Beach with free time to enjoy the ocean.
- Lunch: On your own.
- Accommodation: Overnight stay in Paracas.
DAY 2: BALLESTAS ISLANDS – ICA – HUACACHINA – CHINCHA – LIMA
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the pier.
- 09:00 AM: Tour to the BALLESTAS ISLANDS in modern speedboats across Paracas Bay (approx. 01:45 hrs duration).
- Observation of wild marine life: sea lions, Humboldt penguins, Peruvian cormorants (guanay), flamingos, Chilean flamingos (parihuanas), and various seabirds nesting on the rocks.
- Appreciation of the Candelabra geoglyph (El Candelabro) with a guided explanation of the different hypotheses regarding its creation.
- 12:00 PM: Departure to the city of Ica.
- 01:00 PM: Arrival in the city of Ica.
- Lunch: On your own.
- Liquor tasting: Guided tasting of winery-crafted products (wines, piscos, pisco creams, infused liquors, and mistelas), accompanied by traditional lively local phrases from Ica.
- Sweet tour: Tasting at LA CHOCOLATERÍA NOELIA (traditional chocoteja, alfajores, jams, artisanal cookies, stuffed mousse, etc.).
- 03:00 PM: Tour to the HUACACHINA OASIS (5 km from downtown Ica) to enjoy the tranquility of the lagoon, explore its surroundings, and take photos.
- 05:00 PM: Departure to Chincha.
- Cultural stop in Chincha: Optional visit to the Racimo de Uvas winery to enjoy Afro-Peruvian dances (weekends), pisco/wine tasting, and sample traditional regional delicacies (frejol colado, picarones, tamales, etc.).
- 06:00 PM: Departure back to Lima.
- 10:00 PM: Arrival in Lima at the original pickup point (final arrival time depends on group progress and route traffic).
- Final drop-off: Transfer back to hotels in Miraflores (upon prior coordination).
